Delivery Terms and Conditions

Shipping Methods

All shipments are handled via tracked express courier service and delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order, whether residential or business.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

For orders below €50, shipping costs are:

  • €5 for Italy;
  • €10 for all other European countries.

Shipping Costs in Case of Return

  • For orders below €50, the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
  • For orders over €50, the refund will be full only if the entire order is returned without causing the order value to fall below the free shipping threshold.
  • In the event of a partial return resulting in the final order value falling below €50, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
  • For orders from other European countries, the return cost is €5 and will be deducted directly from the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they represent payment for a logistics service already carried out once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Times

Orders received by 12:00 PM are generally processed on the same day, from Monday to Friday (working days only).

Items marked as “online only” may require an additional 24/48 hours before shipment.

In the event of combined purchases involving items from different warehouses, the order may be split into multiple shipments.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Italy generally takes place within 24/48 working hours from shipment dispatch.

For remote locations, islands, Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and some Southern Italy areas, delivery times may extend up to 72/96 working hours.

For the rest of Europe, delivery times generally range from 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination area.

Check Point does not guarantee delivery within a specific date, but only guarantees the shipment handover to the courier within the indicated timeframes, except in cases of force majeure or operational issues.

Couriers Used

Shipments are handled by Poste Italiane within Italy and DHL Parcel for the rest of Europe.

In some cases, due to operational or logistics optimization needs, shipments may also be entrusted to other couriers, including FedEx.

Courier Service Limitations

Standard courier services do not include:

  • delivery to upper floors;
  • delivery inside buildings, staircases, elevators or private internal areas;
  • delivery on a specific day or time slot;
  • phone calls prior to delivery.

Any requests inserted in the order notes will be forwarded to the courier but do not constitute a binding obligation.

Shipping services are carried out by independent third-party logistics operators; therefore, any delivery delays are not directly attributable to Check Point.

Failed Delivery and Pickup Points

In the event of failed delivery on the first attempt, recipient absence, high shipment volumes or operational courier requirements, the parcel may be redirected to a nearby pickup point or service point.

Shipment Tracking

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking link.

Tracking information will also be available in the “My Orders” section of the customer account.

Delivery Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and for monitoring shipment updates.

Any delays, storage issues or delivery problems caused by incomplete or incorrect information, or by recipient absence, are not attributable to Check Point.

Customers are also invited to check transactional emails, including spam or junk mail folders.

Requests for phone contact included in the order notes do not constitute an obligation for the courier.

If the customer authorizes the courier to leave the parcel unattended or in unsecured locations, such as outside the door, in gardens, with unidentified third parties or in common areas, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once delivery has been registered by the courier.

In such cases, it will not be possible to contest missing items, loss or incorrect delivery of the shipment.

Peak Season

During peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery times may experience delays due to the high shipment volumes managed by couriers.

Such delays are not directly dependent on Check Point.

Customized Products – Sports Team Supplies

Products purchased through pages dedicated to sports teams are made or customized upon request.

Orders received by 8:00 AM are generally handed over to the courier within 10 working days, required for preparation, customization and quality control activities.

Example:

  • Order placed: Sunday at 6:00 PM;
  • Production starts: Monday;
  • Expected shipment: by Friday of the following week.

Product Availability and Partial Shipments

If an order includes temporarily unavailable items, the order may be shipped in separate deliveries.
